have a wealth of local knowledge, secret spots and are very knowledgeable about
the ocean and wave dynamics. They are trained in First Aid, CPR and have
surfing experience in all Hawaiian conditions.

Our year round surf school provides all the
equipment you need to get up and surfing: quality soft top foam
boards to avoid injury, rash guards and booties for your comfort,
water-resistant sun block to protect you from the sun and transportation to and
from your hotel - all you need to do
is bring a towel!
Our boards are top quality, stable and safe (the
boards won't hurt if they hit you!) and our lesson techniques are proven. If
you know how to swim, we’ll teach you how to surf! Not only will you be up and
riding after your first lesson, you'll be able to go out and catch waves on
your own! After that, the doors are wide open and the possibilities are
endless! Throughout your surfing lesson, your instructor will be with you at
all times to guide you through the process of learning to catch and ride your
own waves. Once you can go out and catch some waves on your own, you may want
to consider our From Beginner to
Intermediate™ surf program. During the program we’ll take your surfing to
the next level. We’ll make you a better surfer and you’ll be able to catch
bigger and better waves on your own.

General information about
our surf lessons:
All our lessons include:Waikiki
area transportation to and from your hotel, quality soft-top foam surfboards,
rash guards and booties for your comfort, water-resistant sun block, 30-minute
on shore lesson and 1 ½ hour water session.
The first half hour:
During the
first half hour we teach you about ocean safety and surf etiquette. We watch
the waves together and examine the surf conditions. We teach you the right
positioning on your board for better balance and catching more waves and show
you how to paddle and turn. Last, but not least, we teach you how to stand up
on your board and how to ride the waves.
The remainder 1 ½
hours:
During
your water time we teach you how to paddle through the surf and coach you
through catching your first wave! More than anything, our experienced and
friendly instructors will be right there by your side to guide you. This is the
time when that incredible bond with surfing is created and that bug bites you
forever!
Our Rates:
Private one on one lesson: $90 dollars, one instructor per
student. Nothing beats a personalized surf lesson to help you quickly grasp the
techniques to get you surfing.
Semi-private lessons: Our most popular and the best bang
for your buck. Two students are required for a group lesson or we can pair you
up with other students. Up to 4 students per instructor, $75 dollars / student.
